Expert care for bipolar, mood and anxiety disorders.
A private, physician-led practice offering unhurried evaluation, direct access to your psychiatrist, and treatment built from the whole picture — not the last prescription.

What we treat — and why together.
Mood, anxiety and bipolar-spectrum illness overlap, mask one another and are frequently mistaken for each other — and sleep and attention move with all three. Getting the diagnosis right is the first treatment.
Bipolar disorders
Bipolar I and II, cyclothymia, and the recurring depressions that hide a bipolar course — including people told they were “treatment-resistant.”
Learn more → 02Depression & mood disorders
Major depression, persistent low mood, and depression that has not responded to several medication trials.
Learn more → 03Anxiety disorders
Generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, and the anxiety that travels with — and often precedes — a mood disorder.
Learn more → 04Insomnia & sleep
Chronic insomnia, disrupted sleep rhythms, and the sleep problems that drive — and are driven by — mood and anxiety disorders.
Learn more → 05ADHD
Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, including attention difficulties that are hard to separate from mood, anxiety or sleep.
Learn more → 06Tinnitus

A concierge model removes the constraints that make ordinary psychiatric care rushed and fragmented. What it buys is time, access and continuity.
01 Direct access
You reach Dr. Pellionisz himself — not a call center or a portal queue.
02 A small panel
The practice is deliberately limited in size, so that each person receives sustained attention across the course of care.
03 Continuity
One physician holds the whole story over time and coordinates with your therapist, primary-care physician and, when you wish, your family.
From first call to a plan that holds.
A brief first call
A short conversation to understand what brings you here, answer practical questions and confirm the practice is a good fit.
Comprehensive evaluation
An extended visit that reconstructs the course of your symptoms over time — sleep, energy, mood, attention — together with prior records and, where helpful, family input.
Formulation and plan
A clear explanation of what is driving the picture, the diagnosis it best fits, and a written plan that ranks the options and their trade-offs.
Ongoing, measured care
Regular follow-up with structured measures, so improvement is tracked rather than assumed — and the plan changes when the data say it should.
The full range, chosen carefully.
Diagnostic evaluation
Including second opinions when a diagnosis has never quite fit or treatment has not held.
02Medication management
Precise, conservative pharmacology with attention to what was tried, at what dose, for how long, and what happened.
03Psychotherapy
Offered alongside medication — and sometimes instead of it.
04Image-guided TMS
Advanced, personalized transcranial magnetic stimulation with targeting informed by imaging.
“He has a reputation of diagnosing and successfully treating poorly diagnosed and previously considered “treatment-refractory” patients.”
In addition to medication management and treatment, he offers options including psychotherapy, and advanced personalized image-guided transcranial magnetic stimulation.
